Bonjour!

I wanted to take a quick minute to thank you for connecting with me at the Reservation Economic Summit at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. This year’s theme was Building Bridges of Opportunity and what better way to start building by reaching out and starting a conversation.

I had the honor of participating in a panel titled Marketing in the Digital World and a number of great topics were discussed. One of the questions asked was what would be trending in 2020? There were several answers but the ones that stuck out involved trends around Influencer Marketing and Emojis ~ the new international language.

I just wanted to point you to two resources I had mentioned in our conversation:

A lot of the bigger companies are already using Traackr, but I could see it benefitting tribes who are in the gaming, tourism, and hospitality industries. This tool helps you identify social media influencers who can strengthen your brand and promote your products. Furthermore, it gives you insight on how to properly assess and compensate the right influencer for your campaign.

I was particularly intrigued by the information I learned through the Emoji report and wanted to share the link so that you can read the report for yourself and understand the impacts of emoji language as it relates to gauging customer and brand sentiment on Twitter.

As a boutique PR owner that serves primarily nonprofit companies for clients, our budgets don’t necessarily allow for these platforms. However, it’s still important for me to know about them and understand their impact as we dig deeper to tell stories about our brands and organizations that matter. Share your thoughts, I would love to hear them!

Live Fearlessly,

Candace
